As we all are aware that the world is threatened with the spread of Covid – 19 , Corona virus, epidemic and unfortunately many precious lives have been lost. In view of the same Government of India has declared lockdown till 14^th of April 2020 so that social distancing can be implemented for the containment of Covid – 19 epidemic in the country. At this crucial juncture the school has to play the vital role to educate the society by educating the students not to get panic but to fight back the situation by adopting preventive measures. It’s rightly said “Prevention is better than cure”.

In view of the same our students were advised by the teachers on 19^th March 2020 to adopt the following :-

1. Do not go outside the house.
2. Keep your surroundings clean.
3. As per the guidelines the social distancing which is minimum 1 mtr is the only way to keep oneself safe.
4. Wash your hands frequently, always with soap or handwash for at least 20 seconds.
5. Avoid touching eyes , nose and mouth.
6. Practice respiratory hygiene by using mask.
7. Drink warm water.
8. Take sunbath for 10 to 15 minutes.
9. Try to take good food which helps in increasing the immune system.
10. Try to take milk with turmeric powder.
11. Eat fruits especially orange which contains vitamin C.

We pray the almighty that the countryas well as the world will fight back this epidemic and the world will regain peace.
